Clare Whitehall
Clare is a Physiotherapist who graduated in Adelaide in 2003. Moving to Melbourne, her clinical interest focused primarily in the acute hospital system. Here, she gained valuable experience in treating a vast range of people from all backgrounds and levels of mobility. Working in areas from intensive care, rehabilitation, orthopaedic surgery, and oncology, Clare developed a deep knowledge of many medical and musculoskeletal conditions. This has been her foundation when focusing on her Clinical Exercise and Pilates specialisation the last 13yrs.
Tailoring movement to the individual, she enjoys rehabilitation and injury prevention using a range of Pilates methods. Her training has been from various institutions with a special interest in hip pathologies and pelvic stability.
A Mum of 3, her days are often spent driving to a soccer pitch and watching her children play multiple sports. Previously based in the Dandenong Ranges, she has recently taken up ocean swimming and enjoys planning holidays and adventures with her family.
