Dale Sadler

Dale began regularly practicing Pilates after her first pregnancy and quickly became passionate about its benefits for postnatal recovery and overall wellbeing.
Having a background in psychology, then working corporate roles in Australia and the UK, she returned to her roots in helping others by completing a Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction.
Dale believes in the power of the mind-body connection and is dedicated to helping clients find balance, strength, and resilience through Pilates.
