Lizzy is a registered Osteopath who also delivers her skillset and knowledge through movement prescription. After studying osteopathy, Lizzy went on to study post graduate Pilates through globally recognised, Polestar Pilates.

She has an “always-a-student” attitude which together with her knowledge in anatomy, diagnoses, treatment and clinical exercise prescription, informs her approach to this day. As a self proclaimed movement enthusiast, she aims to educate and inspire people to move through their day, with intention and attention.

She is a new mum to adorable, twin girls. In her (spare) time you’ll find her crocheting, practising tricks with her doggo *Juno*, or having a parma at the pub.
