Kirsty Saward

Kirsty grew up in far North QLD and graduated from James Cook University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology (Clinical). Kirsty has been a proud member of Exercise and Sports Science Australia for over 10 years, working across QLD and NSW. Her family has recently relocated to Victoria for her husband’s role in the Defence Force and they are excited to be joining the Bayside community.

Throughout her career, Kirsty has been passionate about health promotion and education, encouraging all clients to prioritise their physical and mental health. She has extensive experience in developing individualised exercise programs for a variety of client populations, whether it be returning to gym/sport or improving functional capacity to complete everyday activities.

Kirsty’s professional interests have shifted towards Women’s Health over the years and more so after her own experiences with pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery. Kirsty enjoys working with women across all stages of life and supporting them in creating a more active lifestyle.

Outside of the clinic, you will find Kirsty chasing after her 2 young kids as they test out all the local playgrounds. She loves her morning coffee, cooking new recipes and going on adventures with her family.

Meirav Dulberg

I’ve been designing websites for more than 15 years and founded Webby Web Design in Melbourne, Australia. My business and digital strategy background means I approach each project holistically, balancing aesthetics with smart business results. I continue to support clients long after launch with training and advice, which is why many have stayed with me for over a decade. Collaboration is central to my process. I partner with copywriters, graphic designers, photographers and marketing specialists so every site tells the right story and reflects cohesive branding. I also run workshops and provide ongoing training because I believe your website should be easy to use and evolve with your business.
